Handmade 7 metals Tibetan Singing Bowl

Anahata - Heart Chakra

“Hold the Singing Bowl in your hands, feel the texture, strike the bowl and close your eyes. Listen to its sound and experience its vibrations. This experience in itself is sufficient to understand what it truly is. Any attempt to mystify the Singing Bowl as an object of esoteric origin surrounded by magical power and stories would be an understatement. The Singing Bowl itself is magic and a mystery that reverberates its own phenomenal identity that continues to attract people from all walks of life, simply by its sound-vibrations, close at hand and heart."

Shamanic Sound Expert and Singing Bowl Artisan, Kathmandu, Nepal.

Tibetan Singing Bowls come in a variety of different sizes and shapes. The traditional handmade bowls are created from a sanctified alloy consisting of 5, 7 or 9 metals. A singing bowl resonates long sustaining overtones, undertones and reverberates delicate yet intense harmonic tones and sound vibrations. Anyone can make a sound with a singing bowl with ease thanks to its simplicity and pleasing ambience that it naturally creates.

Its sound is produced either by striking the outer surface of the bowl with a rubber or wooden mallet; or by rubbing the bowl rim with a wooden mallet coated in suede.

Each of your chakras is vibrating at a particular frequency and responds to different vibrations of light. Within these frequencies, each chakra contains information on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. This information can be used in chakra balancing and chakra healing.

The Anahata Chakra is located in the centre of the chest, the love energy centre. This chakra corresponds to compassion, forgiveness, love, connecting, giving, receiving, peace, trust, self-love and this centre bridges earthly and spiritual aspirations.
