In level 1 you will;
- Learn about the bowls through theory and practice to confidently apply the healing techniques of sound massage and sound therapy in one-to-one sessions.
- Learn about the history of Tibetan/Himalayan singing bowls, their use and the many techniques of playing the bowls to get the most out of the bowls during a healing session.
- Discover other healing instruments and frequencies and how to use them to amplify your healing sessions.
- Learn to listen with your body, to feel, sense and tune yourself and adopt this sacred healing tool.
- Understand the resonance, frequency, and vibrations of sound.
- Study of 10 chakras and their connections to the different bodies (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual).
- Understand the sources of Aura energies and the energetic anatomy.
- Read and align energies and how to use them with sound and healing elements.
- Be guided to develop your intuitive and psychic skills and open your channels.
- Be guided to connect to your higher power, The Creator/Source/Universe, etc.
- Learn how to be the conduit for the healing energy to flow through you, not from you and how to channel your higher power to guide you in your healing sessions.
- Practice and apply energy work with your hands and instruments.

ASSESSMENT: Deliver a one-to-one sound healing therapy session for a guest to invite on the course.
In level 2 you will;
- Work on the limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from living your life’s purpose. i.e. money, fear, self-confidence, imposter syndrome, etc.
- Learn the basics of hypnotherapy and the theory of the mind.
- How sound entrains the brainwaves and affects the different states of consciousness as a result.
- Learn how to effectively guide clients to a Theta brainwave state and how to empower clients to have their own experience based on their own free will.
- Discover the power of your voice and words to induce clients into a deep state of relaxation.
- Create guided meditations and positive affirmations to lead a group into a trance-like state.
- Understand how you want to prepare your sacred space, yourself and your clients in a group setting.
- Understand how to work with group energy for healing purposes.
- Work on creating and maintaining your personal spiritual habits and practice.
- Receive tools on how to work with distance and online group healing.
- Receive practical business guidelines and support on marketing, admin, approaching and maintaining clients and how to start and develop your healing practice from the ground up and beyond.
- Confidently lead and facilitate group sound healing sessions.
ASSESSMENT: Deliver a group sound healing meditation session for guests to invite on the course.
