Tingshas, also known as Ting shaws, have been used in meditation and religious ceremonies in the Himalayan regions for centuries. They are very effective at cleansing the environment and healing the auric field. A simple tap of the edges will generate a crystal pure bell tone which awakens and stimulates the healing process.

All Tingsha are individually handmade. As a result, the patterns and colours you receive may vary to the pictures slightly.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not use soap or chemical cleaning products as it may damage the metal and leather.
Energetically cleanse as you would with a crystal as and when you feel they need
How to use:
- Gently tap edges together
- Gently tap one side on top of the other
